General Information
Capacity: Our minimum guest count is 50 guests and a maximum 0f 750 guests.
Catering: We are proud to partner with Personal Touch Catering Experience as our exclusive caterers.
- Events must conclude no later than 10pm unless prior authorization is provided by management
- Rental is for a 10 Hour block which starting no earlier than 9.00am in the morning. Additional time is available at the rate of $500 per hour.
- All social events require an approved event/wedding planner or day of coordinator.
- We have created a list of exclusive vendors for you to select from to assist with your wedding planning (see our website for a complete list).Each one has been been carefully selected by our team to ensure a perfect event.
- Same day delivery and pick up required of all rental items
- Bridal House available 3 hours prior to the event start time.
- Rehearsals are available based on venue availability
- Horses are available for photos for an additional fee and must be reserved ahead of time
- Valet or directional parking is required for all events
- We are a working horse farm so please be respectful of the horses and any activities taking place on the property
